I know from my own experience that the path to a self-determined life in a heteronormative world still shaped by patriarchy is not an easy one, especially if you are out of the ordinary.

Since 2013, I have been dealing with sexuality academically, artistically, pedagogically and psychologically. I live a self-determined, sex- and body-positive*, intersectional, queer feminism that sees sexuality as a cultural value and wants to break the taboo.

I work as a lecturer in sex education at a teacher training college alongside my freelance work. Before that, I worked for six years as a sex educator and sex counselor at specialist sexual health centers and co-curated the art and supporting program of Porny Days Zurich for four years. I use the pronouns sie/ihr.
